Elta Lite Hydrates Skin & Seals In Moisture
Dry
skin occurs when skin cells lose their ability to hold water.
This is due primarily to loss of natural oils which form a
moisture barrier on the skin surface.
Other moisturizers have water as the first ingredient, offering
temporary relief. However, this high water content soon evaporates,
leaving no barrier to retain moisture.
In contrast, the Elta Creme base in Elta Lite provides a watertight
moisture barrier that works for hours, substituting for the
skin’s natural oils.
